Phoenix Pharma d.o.o. is supervised by the competent Montenegrin authorities for pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing. In Montenegro, these include the Institute for Medicines and Medical Devices of Montenegro (Institut za ljekove i medicinska sredstva Crne Gore, CInMED) and the Administration for Inspection Affairs (Uprava za inspekcijske poslove).
6. EU Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
This Website is primarily directed at business customers (B2B). Phoenix Pharma d.o.o. is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
